Membership Rules

  1. Membership is free. Valid photo identification is required for membership and any transaction. Non-expired government issued identification cards, driver’s license and passports are considered valid photo identification. Must be 18 years or older to be a member of Oneida Casino’s Players Club. Individuals aged 18–20 are restricted to Bingo/Class II games.
  2. Players Club cards are the sole property of Oneida Casino.
  3. Acceptance and use of the Players Club card signifies the member understands and accepts the Terms and Conditions of Players Club Membership.
  4. Oneida Casino uses member information for internal purposes only. Member information is not sold.
  5. Oneida Casino is not responsible for untracked play due to player negligence. Players Club Members are responsible for proper insertion of the Players Club card into the slot machine card reader. Players Club Members are responsible for informing gaming personnel of Players Club card usage at table games, poker, and bingo.
  6. Players Club card usage and/or account transactions by a person other than the named cardholder are strictly prohibited.
  7. Oneida Casino will not be responsible for loss, theft, damage or misuse of Players Club cards.
  8. Members agree to allow the use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, where permitted.
  9. 1099 Miscellaneous Income forms are required to be sent to all Players Club Members who have accrued $600 or more in prizes within a calendar year, in accordance with IRS Publication 3908.
  10. Players Club Members who are banned or self-banned will become inactive and their accounts will not be accessible for the duration of the ban. Banned patrons are not allowed to participate in promotions or be awarded any type of jackpot. Players Club points shall continue to expire during any banned period as set forth herein.
  11. Gaming employees can be Players Club Members, but such employee accounts are not eligible to earn club points or participate in promotional offers. Gaming employees are required to identify themselves as a gaming employee or disciplinary action in accordance with the Personnel Policies and Procedures may result.
  12. Players Club Membership is not open to Business Committee Members, Gaming Commission Members or individuals who are prohibited from participating in gaming activities pursuant to the Oneida Nation Gaming Ordinance, or any other tribal law or regulation.
  13. Oneida Casino Management reserves the right to revoke, alter or cancel an individual’s Players Club Membership at any time, with no compensation due. Violation of Players Club Membership rules may result in the forfeiture of membership and accumulated points.
  14. Management reserves the right to adjust account balances because of, but not limited to, hardware and software malfunctions. Any account adjustments of play, points, or offers will be at the sole discretion of Oneida Gaming Management. Adjustments may take up to 72 hours to complete. Tier status evaluation changes occur monthly.
  15. Oneida Casino Management reserves the right to modify, change or cancel any promotional offers/benefits at any time without prior notice.
  16. Players Club benefits and promotional rewards are non-transferable. Points and free play expire fifteen months from date earned and/or issuance.
  17. Players Club promotional prizes must be redeemed according to official promotional rules. Players Club benefits and promotional rewards are not intended to create a property interest in the cardholder. No mechanism for transfer or division will be recognized by Oneida Casino. Players Club benefits and promotional rewards cannot be redeemed or transferred through an estate, power of attorney, marital settlement agreement, or other mechanism in which the Players Club Member or third party attempts to redeem or transfer points.
  18. The decision of Oneida Casino Management regarding dispute resolution or rules interpretation shall be final.
