Log in to your Players Club account from within the Oneida Casino app.
Allow the app to access your phone’s location information.
How to log in to the Players Club from within the Oneida App:
- Tap Account at the bottom of home screen
- Enter your Players Club card number (found on the front of your Players Club Card) and PIN.
If you do not yet have a PIN for your account, visit the Players Club.
- Tap LOG-IN
How to Allow Location Services – iPhone
- In the Oneida Casino app, Select Settings from the main menu
- Select Location & Notification Settings
3. Tap Location
4. Set to Always
How to Allow Location Services on an Android Phone
1. In the Oneida Casino app, Select Settings from the main menu
2. Select Location and Notification Settings
3. Select Permissions
4. Select Allow all the time
